Merge Fusion is an offline puzzle game designed so that users do not need to register, create accounts, or provide credentials to play.

We do not collect, capture, transmit, or sell any user-identifying data.

For the game mechanics to function (e.g. keeping track of high scores, visual themes, or an active game board), the App stores the following parameters locally:

• Profile Name: A name entered by you in the app settings to customize the dashboard.
• Best Scores & Times: Record metrics generated during gameplay.
• Game State: Saves the positions of current elements on the grid so you can resume active games.
• Interface Theme: User selection preferences for visual board styles.

The on-device storage is utilized solely to personalize your local game boards (e.g., resuming layout configurations, showing your top record, and showing your custom username on the local leaderboard cards).

Since no telemetry or data packet is compiled or dispatched to our network, we do not monitor or maintain your gameplay history.

Unlike standard mobile applications, Merge Fusion does not utilize:

• Third-party ads networks or advertising APIs (e.g. AdMob).
• User analytics engines (e.g. Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics).
• Remote cloud sync database APIs.
• Social networking widgets or OAuth login integrations.

This layout prevents background networks from compiling analytics trackers on your device.

Because all information resides on-device, you maintain complete and absolute control of your data. You can clear all cached stats, profile names, and settings instantly by:

• Clearing the app's cache or data in your Android settings.
• Uninstalling the game from your mobile device.
• Clearing WebView storage (if applicable).

Our App is designed to protect users of all age levels, including children under 13. Since Merge Fusion operates with an offline structure and does not collect any personal data, we comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards.
